Eligibility for Return:

• Timeframe: You must notify us of your intent to return the artwork via email within 7 days of delivery.

• Condition: The artwork must be returned in its original condition and original packaging. Any damage incurred during the return shipment due to inadequate packaging will be the responsibility of the buyer.

• Original Art: This policy applies to all original paintings, such as "Between Heaven and Earth."

How to Initiate a Return:

• Contact Us: Send an email to mayajasinskaart@gmail.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return.

• Packaging: Once the return is authorized, securely repackage the artwork using the original protective packaging.

• Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and ensuring the shipment is tracked and insured for the full value of the artwork. We strongly recommend using a reputable courier service.

Refund Processing:

Once I receive the returned artwork and confirm that it is in its original, undamaged condition, I will process your refund.

• Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days of receiving the artwork.

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged Art Upon Arrival

I take extreme care in packaging, but if your artwork arrives damaged:

• Document Immediately: Take photographs of the damaged packaging and the damaged artwork.
