By accessing or using this website (the "Site"), purchasing any artwork, or utilizing any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use this Site.
2. Intellectual Property Rights (Copyright)

2.1 Ownership: All content on this Site, including all original paintings, digital images, text, designs, and logos, is the exclusive property of Marta Jasińska (MayaArt) and is protected by copyright laws.
2.2 Artwork Copyright: The purchase of an original physical artwork DOES NOT transfer the copyright to the buyer. Marta Jasińska retains all copyright and reproduction rights to the artwork, including the right to create prints, reproductions, or digital files for promotional or commercial purposes, unless otherwise agreed upon in a separate, written contract.
2.3 Permitted Use: You may use images of the artwork you purchase for non-commercial purposes only (e.g., sharing on personal social media, displaying in your home). Reproduction, commercial use, or digital alteration of the artwork or any Site content without the express written permission of MayaArt is strictly prohibited.

3. Sales, Pricing, and Availability

3.1 Ordering and Acceptance: All orders placed through the Site are subject to acceptance by MayaArt. An order confirmation email signifies that we have received your order, but it does not constitute final acceptance of your order. Final acceptance occurs when the payment is fully processed and the artwork is prepared for dispatch.
3.2 Pricing and Errors: Prices are listed in [Currency, e.g., Euro/USD] and are subject to change without notice. While we strive for accuracy, MayaArt reserves the right to cancel an order and issue a full refund if an item is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error.
3.3 Description and Imagery: We make every effort to display the colours, textures, and details of the artwork as accurately as possible. However, due to variations in monitor settings, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display of any colour will be completely accurate.

4. Payment, Shipping, and Returns

4.1 Payment: Payment must be received in full before any artwork is dispatched. We accept various secure payment methods as detailed on our Payment Methods page.
4.2 Shipping and Risk of Loss: All shipping details, costs, and timeframes are governed by our Shipping Policy. The risk of loss and title for all items purchased passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier. All original art is fully insured during transit.
4.3 Returns: Our return policy is governed by the Return & Refund Policy. We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee on original, non-commissioned art.

5. Commissions and Custom Work

Commissioned artwork is subject to a separate, binding agreement and deposit. Due to the bespoke nature of custom pieces, all sales of commissioned artwork are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise stipulated in the individual commission contract.

6. Limitation of Liability

MayaArt shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the artwork or the services provided by this Site. The total liability of MayaArt for any claim arising from your purchase shall not exceed the total price paid for the artwork in question.

As each piece of art is original and requires careful preparation:
