• Condition: The artwork must be returned in its original condition and original packaging. Any damage incurred during the return shipment due to inadequate packaging will be the responsibility of the buyer.

• Original Art: This policy applies to all original paintings, such as "Between Heaven and Earth."

How to Initiate a Return:

• Contact Us: Send an email to mayajasinskaart@gmail.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return.

• Packaging: Once the return is authorized, securely repackage the artwork using the original protective packaging.

• Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and ensuring the shipment is tracked and insured for the full value of the artwork. We strongly recommend using a reputable courier service.

Refund Processing:

Once I receive the returned artwork and confirm that it is in its original, undamaged condition, I will process your refund.

• Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days of receiving the artwork.

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged Art Upon Arrival

I take extreme care in packaging, but if your artwork arrives damaged:

• Document Immediately: Take photographs of the damaged packaging and the damaged artwork.

• Contact Us: Email us immediately (within 24 hours of delivery) at mayajasinskaart@gmail.com with the photos and a description of the damage.

• We will assess the damage and work with you to find a resolution, which may include repair, a replacement (if applicable to prints), or a full refund.

I partner with reliable, reputable global carriers (e.g., FedEx, UPS, specialised art couriers) to ensure safe delivery.

• Domestic Shipping (within Ireland): Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days after dispatch.

• International Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days after dispatch. Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs processing in the destination country.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the artwork's dimensions, weight, destination, and the required level of insurance.

• Insurance: For your peace of mind, all original artworks are shipped fully insured for their purchase price.

• Tracking: A tracking number will be provided via email immediately upon dispatch, allowing you to monitor your package's journey.

• Customs and Duties: Please be aware that international customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees charged by their country. These fees are not included in the artwork price or shipping cost and are levied once the shipment reaches your country.
